Consultant, Information Technology Staffing Company
Serves as an Academic Coordinator for a private, proprietary institution of higher education. Oversees virtual classroom operations. Monitors, analyzes, and reports faculty performance. Checks curriculum content and subject matter correctness. Maintains course content. Serves as a faculty liaison, working to improve instructor performance and ensure a positive learning experience for students.
Library Assistant, Braille and Talking Book Library
Served as a library assistant with a Subregional Library for the “Blind and Physically Handicapped” [sic], a Braille and talking book library administered and funded by the National Library Service for the “Blind and Physically Handicapped” [sic], the Library of Congress, and the local public library.
Student Assistant (Cataloging & Metadata Services), University Libraries
Prepared books, audiovisual, and other materials for circulation. Shelf processing activities included call number labeling, stamping, and inserting security devices. Maintained statistics and assisted with repair and other projects as needed.

Technical Skills
I am fluent in desktop utilities and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and publishing. I have experience in library, information, and electronic learning applications and have developed and maintained web content using web authoring programs and hand coding (HTML, XHTML, and CSS). I am an advanced user of many Internet and Web 2.0 applications, including blogging platforms and instant messaging, mashups, microblogging, RSS, browser-based screencasting, and social cataloging and networking tools.
